We Need Your Help

Looking for a positive, tangible and memorable way to make a difference? The Food Bank offers many different volunteer options for individuals and groups to participate in the good work of getting food to households in need. Volunteer opportunities include helping to re-pack donations of bulk food, putting together special Kids' After-School Packs, food sorting, office assistance and helping with various mailings.

Typical volunteer hours are Monday through Friday from 9am until 3pm. To volunteer please contact our Volunteer Coordinator and set up a time for a small orientation. FAMILY MATTERS DAYS

The third Saturday of each month, from 9 a.m. to Noon is Family Matters Day at the Food Bank. It's a time when groups (including families, co-workers, service clubs) who can't make it during the normal 9-to-5 work week, come out to the Food Bank for various volunteer opportunities! All of our volunteer opportunities are on a pre-scheduled basis, so please contact our Volunteer Coordinator to inquire about setting up your next volunteer opportunity Here's the Family Matters Day Schedule for 2013
